It seems a bit wrong that they are disabling accounts of people who got gifts (although I can see why). I guess they are doing it to prevent someone gifting themselves games on other accounts with dodgy credit card details.
That makes sense I guess.

I won his raffle for a fucking $1 VVVVV and haven't even played it. Yesterday I got this popup
