I'm natrually Endomorphic so I will build a hell of alot of muscle before I'm tone enough that you can see it.
My weekly routine: Monday Squats or Leg Press Leg Extension Leg Curl Standing Calf Raise Leg Raise Wednesday Incline Bench Press Close Grip Bench Press Behind Neck Shoulder Press Lateral Raise Dumbbell Biceps Curl Friday Shoulder Width Lat Pulldown Close Grip Seated Pulley Row Triceps Pushdown Crunches Hyper Extension Shrugs (men only) There are LOADS on the net that you can get for free, this was the best all-rounder that works for me.

I used to work out regularly before, I don't seem to get like bigger per se but my muscles definitely get more defined. I should work out more often.
