I did that for my mountain home. I put lava on top of the mountain and the lava flow splits right on the entry way
It's not even that. You move to a new area of the map and you instantly feel like you are playing for the first time, it feels weird. I ended getting lost one night, got killed and lost a bunch of iron, some iron tools and a bunch of wooden planks. Decided I needed some reminder of which way home was, built the tower.
It's about 10 blocks high on an elevated point about 10 blocks above my house.
I died once. Lost two diamond pickaxes. Not a fun day.
Worst day for me in Minecraft was when I decided to make a house out of brick.
When I finally finished collecting all the clay, turning them into bricks, and placing them I was attacked by a massive fucking creeper raid in which most of the house was destroyed, I died, and I lost a shit ton of diamond tools.
It was a sad day for me. :smith:
