No, there aren't. Nothing is objectively good except for happiness, but there are conducts for the mechanics of happiness. Your happiness, in and of itself, is worth the same as any other's. The point lies in how one's happiness generates more happiness, through indirect fashions.
And yes, the ultimate utopia would consist in infinite consciousnesses experiencing infinite happiness, for an infinite period of time.
The problem with you weed/wire situation would be that a life spent on being jolted with happiness would be a life not spent enhancing others' happiness. You could argue that the pleasure that your actions would cause (plus the pelasure that you would derive from those) is less than the pleasure you would recieve from the jolt. Which isn't that hard to believe. And yes, it justifies that scenario (the wire one, the weed is more complex), until that inequation is turned around. If everyone was being jolted up, nobody would procreate and no other consciousnesses coudl experuience happiness, lowering the total sum oh happiness of the universe, in it's whole time of existance.
