Do you think the feds should be allowed to monitor your internet activity?
You are taking something benign like downloading music and turning it into murder, which is not a really fair comparison.
That said if you are suspected of something really illegal like hacking into the Pentagon then yes they should be allowed to monitor you.
So your point is, that some illegal things shouldn't be paid attention to.
Where you draw the line, stealing bikes, public urination, forging money (hey you can do that at your home! and who loses if few silly thousands are printed more...)?
Yeah, the feds know where the people making it are, and just chose to go after the downloaders instead. :downs:
I've heard that they sometimes find out the makers (watermarks, a friend who knows a friend who knows a friend...) and then they really aren't as nice as to the downloaders.

It seems like they're real good at it!
Should be monitoring things like :happyelf: IMO.
Everyone should have the right to privacy in their own home.
Many politicians will disagree with this.
I believe it is implied along with the 1st, 4th, and 5th amendments.
Well there's your loophole right there, as the internet is in everyones home, and every commercial business.
