try to outline that you're not interested in whatever shitflinging the may have and that the block button exists for a reason. You created the discord so people can hang arround and you invite them because you wanted them there. So they should at least respect you and not start shit there.

Not sure if this is available where you live but try some Mintec. They are natural pills and I take 2 every time my IBS acts up
