Also honestly it's not really his fault if the article is anything to go by, the guy in the Camaro was drag racing and lost control it's not like "oh fuck this asshole is blocking the road in front of me I need to swerve". Shouldn't have been doing stupid shit, not that Cubeman's participation wasn't stupid but the whole thing is hardly all his fault.

There are more articles that cover it better, but...
He was blocking the road for the drag race and the guy in the Camaro ended up having to swerve, maybe because of Cubeman, and then after he died the police were around and talked to folks. They took Cubeman's Google Glass as evidence and for a chance to see if there was any recordings and he went ballistic. Apparently, having his glass is more important than someone's death.
