The problem I have with Heroes of the Storm is that it's just Blizzard trying to cash in now that they've seen how popular Dota 2 is. I'm fine with the existence of MOBAs, even if every single MOBA ever made has a shit community full of assholes.

That's v odd, the one time I had to deal with their customer support it was actually really good. If you haven't tried the phone number you should. That's what I did when my account got stolen by some Chinese person and they had me sorted in 10 minutes.
