Discord is pretty fuckin' baller imo. It's still lacking a lot of stuff but the updates are rolling out pretty quickly.

Discord is currently beta testing an ingame overlay (like the one Mumble has) which you can only access by unlocking the settings menu via the Konami code. It's pretty cool.
