How do you make the ultimate fresh salsa? So far I have: Tomatoes Garlic Jalapenos Sweet Peppers Onion Lime Mint Arugula Then I'm going to mix those with a bit of tomato paste and V8 to make the consistency of it all be more like salsa, and then add a tiny bit of salt to bring out the flavours and a bit of vinegar to make it a bit tangy. What am I missing? Also, leafy greens and mint in salsa is to die for and anyone who disagrees but hasn't even tried it is a peasant.
