MGSV is fun gameplay wise but the story, repetitiveness, and general makes me hesitant to put it on a GOTY list.

can't argue with that as I am a fan of all the MGS games, sans portable ops (as I don't have a PSP) and PW (as I wasn't a fan of the boss fights and gave up after the flying robot).
