I still don't get how they even made sequels, period. I always thought since EVERYONE killed her by swan diving off the second floor of the mansion during the tutorial(naturally to see if it would kill her) that THAT was the "canon" ending.

The vast majority of CSGO players you'll find playing by yourself are so full of themselves that they're dead certain anybody that can kill them is a hacker. I've been called out for trigger botting after a SINGLE lucky headshot on a guy that rushed B, called out for wallhacking for spamming a wallbang spot on nuke, called out for scripting after doing 3 consecutive bunnyhops (really????). As an added bonus, a guy once yelled at me for suggesting we hold a site instead of pushing, and another dude got me votekicked because I failed a clutch against an AWPer. Literally all of that was in casual too. CSGO is a game which is very difficult to enjoy if you don't play with friends. Especially if you have a tough time not taking it seriously.

Whenever I hear music form this series, it really does bring a cornucopia of old emotions and memories to my mind. It's so emotionally super charged, as if every bar was composed with some divine inspiration.
I read those books two or three times as a child, but I think it's time that I read them again, alongside the Hobbit and the Silmarillion. I'll annotate and take heavy notes as I go, and maybe when I've finished there will be a little story, maybe in a quiet corner of middle earth I can write about. Something far away from the hustle and bustle of an ever changing world.
