I just had Fallout 4 set itself to max and haven't had any issues so far. Loading times are also faster than I thought they'd be. Mouse felt.. odd though. Uneven, sort of. Did a mouse acceleration tweak and it's fine now, though.

Only real issue I've encountered is the music sounds really compressed.

Fallout 4 seems super weirdly optimised. Like its running fine all maxed out on my compy (was well above 60 before I capped it because I don't want to be afraid of terminals), but there's some points where I'm just panning over an area and I hit a specific spot where the frame rate just significantly drops, and for no good reason cause its not like there is suddenly a bunch of stuff on screen.
