I don't think I've ever had any type of excruciating teeth pain at all I've had tons of shit happen with my teeth, but I've never felt any pain from them. I had a rather large part of my molar break off and I didn't feel a thing. I've had teeth pulled and it didn't hurt at all. In exchange for having invulnerable teeth, my teeth are terrible in all other aspects
