Herpes takes a long time to show any symptoms and the chances of getting HIV/AIDS from a blowjob are virtually 0. In all likelihood you are fine, but if you start getting little sores on your pee-pee go to the doctor for medicine to treat herpes. Pretty much any other STD is curable so it's OK anyway.
