Large, odd looking objects.
Take for example this concept for the new World Trade Center:

I'm pretty sure it turned out to be a fake (actually I'm fairly certain it is), but this picture just makes me feel uncomfortable and a little sick to my stomach.
Sharp objects (scissors, knives, etc.), wasps, rejection, darkness, being trapped in a really tight space
Fear of not being accepted for who i truly am.
sometimes, when i hear certain frequencies of bass that originates from a far-off location, i freak out and panic like shit.
for example, there was a rock concert on the other side of a small bay to a hotel i was staying in, and the bass it gave off was in the right frequency , so you can just barely feel it shaking you, but it is clearly audible. i went into complete panic mode.
though this isn't the same frequency of bass caused by people driving around with loud "doof doof" music, it's more like the sound of an electric bass guitar , being played far off with very loud speakers.

Deformed people. Like, either people born with a disfigurement or people who were disfigured during an accident. Double the scare factor if it's they're face that's malformed. It makes me sound so harsh, but people like that disgust me; it's like a reflex that I cna't control. I know they're just ordinary human beings who have the misfortune to look a little odd, but that doesn't stop me freaking out whenever I see one. If it's in a public place, I steer as far clear of them as possible.
Goddamn, that reminds me of all the nasty diseaes and deformities that are shown off in biology textbooks. Back when I did it, I memorised the pages those pictures were on, so I always knew to avoid them when skimming through.

The fear of not knowing what might hide beneath it scares me.
Things like sand, mud, clay, powder, and other such things getting stuck under my nails and/or making my skin dry. I absolutely hate that feeling and the discomfort of it sends chills down my spine. Therefor I can't work with clay unless I am wearing gloves, I never walk barefoot on beaches or in forests, and I never pick up wet sand or mud.

i dunno, i was once passed by a steam train, and even though i'm certain it won't happen, i'm scared shitless by the possibility of one of those nosy fast moving 2-tonne mechanical bits underneith it might burst out of pressure and shred me to bits with shrapnel.

This. Ever since I stepped onto a nest that was concealed on the ground when I was 5.
really loud noise. I get really nervous when im in a room with a really loud noise in it especially a small room. like a bathroom with one of those blow dryers.

Flying insects in general freak me out but these bastards are the worst. I cannot be in the same room as one, it makes me hysterical and I literally lock myself in the bathroom till someone gets rid of them. When I'm alone in the flat it's a huge problem, I've been trapped once because one was on the inside of my front door and I am too scared to go close enough to catch these things in a glass and move them. The thing I hate about these is that they have legs like spiders but they can fly, they seem to aim directly into you face!
