yeah.
i dunno how they do it over where-ever you are
but my local kebab shop simply scores the pitta-bread down middle of the flat side and dump the meat on it like it's a plate
it's almost blasphemous.
so i always buy kebab meat on it's own then go home and toast a pitta bread and serve it perfectly how it should be, cut along the edge and served in the pocket
and to escape max's wraith, he is some content

Same. The local takeaway in my village do kebabs with chips or salad. You also get Yoghurt and Chilli sauce spread all over it... mmmmmmmmm
