These kind of intersections look weird and complicated as shit when you look at them like that, but when you're driving trough one, it's often pretty straight forward, you just look at whatever road markings you're on and that's it.

Easy shortcut is to just pretend that whole clusterfuck in the middle isn't there and treat the outer ring as a normal roundabout.
