Run GNU Emacs on the LISP machine, and run Tetris inside Emacs. Not quite a level of "emulation", but doable.
Also, I don't think WINE would work on the PS2. Only works on x86 Linux, not the MIPS in a PS2.
Or you could just nest QEMU inside QEMU ad infinitum. Kind of cheating, though.
