His system was completely unorganised, and wouldn't have worked even if he'd won the war. He was a madman who had the ability to gain support from desperate people living in poverty, who wanted the dignity of their nation back. The Nazi's may have looked very organised and smart in their Hugo Boss made outfits, but the reality was the opposite. A lot of children who grew up in that era in Germany, were very poorly educated. The system was disastrous, and for me, an example of how an entire nation can be led into such disarray and madness when deprived of its basic needs and dignity, much like what happens to an individual person.
