Shit like this happens all the time. A friend of mine wanted to buy a new book a couple of years ago, but didn't have the money at the time (it was a ~20 dollar book, plus shipping from Amazon). A year later, he looks up the book again. $1500 new, because the publisher was private and put it OOP extremely quickly. :v:
