When I was setting up my own gmod server I wondered the same thing.
Then I googled it and found the answer in 2 seconds.

Make a .bat program with Notepad and paste the example into it.
Change the example to what you want.

If you seriously cant even install an addon to your server you don't deserve to own one. It is the easiest thing to do and that guy deserved 20$ for your stupidity

I install addons all the time just not ones with multiple folders, I even contacted the addon maker and he couldnt do it himself so do you want to stop criticizing me and help yet?
