diablo 2
Minecraft. The pure wonderlust of when you start getting used to the game is something everyone wishes they could get again.
Fallout 3.
It's either Star Control 2, Fallout: New Vegas with all DLC and the Mods I like or Nexus: The Jupiter incident
Tony Hawk's Underground 1&2 even though the second one was kind of shitty.

Its Star Control 2.

This is one of the few games I can think of that has no negative qualities. It would be so much fun to be able to play it through again without knowing everything.

The avatars sound cool when firing.

It also has Scottish space pterodactyls that help you out.
Pokémon LeafGreen.
Your rival being a fucking dick 24/7 is something I would actually enjoy doing again.

or Mercenaries 2
For me it would either be warlords battlecry II, or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

Symphony of the Night was the first game I played on the PS1, up till then I had never really played any game that was not on NES or super nentendo. Oh god when I first found the upside down castle I was literally jumping with excitement.
I would say Oblivion but that's hundreds of hours of my life that I don't want to spend again.
It's honestly a draw between Metroid Prime, Wind Waker, Super Mario Sunshine and Half Life 2 for me. I know I'm 3 games over the limit, but those are games that defined my childhood.
Either a story heavy game like TWEWY or AC2 or a game focused on training the player like Portal or Mario Sunshine. You always have the most fun with new gameplay elements the first time you see them, or when a new twist is put on them.
Half-Life 2
It used to scare the living shit out of me, plus seeing the different zombie types and headcrab types was so cool to me.

I've actually never finished Majora's Mask, the farthest I made it was the Deku Swamp. I kinda want to finish it because of all the praise it gets.
Half Life 2
Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Either Ragnarok Online or Return to castle Wolfenstein
