man it's never good when you see your news outlets flooded with stories about the same person
then you see the one big article
RIP Gordie Howe

related to this, I feel like a bad person when not knowing about whoever died while everyone else is sad and stuff.
like I didnt even know who Howe was until today because I'm not into hockey but I have three friends who are, and they're mostly bummed out atm

nah you shouldn't feel bad, respecting when people are upset about this kind of stuff is really the important thing
that's pretty much how i felt with Bowie and other stuff, i wasn't really emotional about it or anything but I knew a lot of people who were
as long as you're not one of the "lol look at all these people who just pretend to be upset ! ! ! " people it's fine

Pretty much how I felt when Amy winehouse's death was all over the news. I never heard of her of her before until her death was know. Some of my friends were troubled by her death yet I was somewhat apathetic.

last thing I would do is to be a complete shithead about someone's idol or whatever dying
still feel kinda bad tho. friends being sad and all.
generally i don't get visibly upset and really sad at the death of a celebrity or something but i do get a very somber feeling if they were someone who had an impact on me or on something i enjoy so i like to pay my respects however i can
The only celebrity death I actually grieved was Robin Williams death.
i just listened to space oddity and starman on loop coping with bowie's death lol
last celebrity death to really upset me was Phife, mostly because midnight marauders is one of my favorite albums and i respected his work a lot
Speaking of celebrity deaths:
I didn't get sad by the death of Muhammad Ali, but some of my friends who literally did not know who the fuck Muhammad Ali was sad as if they were really big fans of his.
I feel like people sometimes get sad for a celebrity's death just to not look heartless for not doing so or to not look dumb for not knowing who they are.
Like dude I know you guys did not know who Muhammad Ali was until his death showed up on the newspapers, I won't bite just because you aren't sad about it.
I might get roasted alive for this but [sp]I thought Muhammad Ali died along time ago, i must have confused him with someone else, I had no idea he was still alive till I heard the news he was hospitalized[/sp]
i live under a rock

Don't worry. So did I.
Everything feels so out of place at the moment, and it can only improve so much because there's somethings that I just don't have control of.
God fucking damn I can't remember the last time I was this steamed.
Like, the past 3 years of my life have been such a slow, drab, depressing drag that I had almost forgotten what it was like to feel genuine hate for another person.
Its so windy something outside is actually whistling.
Nothing better than ham and cheese toast with spicy ketchup
so yardparty oustide, ppl using our toilet, im on my room
when hear a drunk friend in his 40s come into the apartment to find and then try to tune an old upright bass - he's perfectly capable of playing it normally - and then begin to play it when it isnt even tuned correctly and he starts singing "alway's look on the bright side of life" for like 3 verses while the base is still out of tune
so hard not to laugh
IT'S 100 DEGREES I AM OFFICIALLY DEAD
SHIIIT I accidently snapped a bit of my braces of by fucking chewing! WHAT DO I DO!? Help!
