I don't think you'd be able to leave legally without some sort of emancipation form.
I already answered this, the legal adult age in Scotland is 16. He can leave home and get a job etc etc.
I already answered this, the legal adult age in Scotland is 16. He can leave home and get a job etc etc.
Well that's quite good news. When the house is ready i'm just going to pack my things and walk out regardless of what my parents say.
enjoy crawling back to them 3 months later after you realize how stupid your choice was
Because I don't want to wait and neither does she. Things happen bro. World'sa changin'
I just edited my post because I made a terrible mistake in my messege "why would an eighteen year old girl would want to be with a sixteen year old girls" well I am not very fund of such laws but I really think this is a bad idea somehow, maybe other members can give you an answer, that is if they haven't already given you an answer (considering this post took ages to make). my suggestion is to just wait until you will no longer be a minor even if you don't want to wait, other than that I can't give you any other help because again I am not very fund of such laws.
Well, no point in arguing, he's on his way to the alleys. [sp]with cats licking at him[/sp]
I'm pretty sure the legal limit 'is' 16, but it would be one of the most stupid things you could possibly do.
Lol. I hope the education system improves in Scotland, otherwise the OP is what the output is.
Though try not to fuck up as a parent, or I would have to beat you up.
You do realize baby shit is expensive right? From clothing to diapers, you are going to waste hundreds each month just on the baby. Then comes bills, food, gas money (if not this then money for public transport), etc. Expect to be in some serious debt unless you find a decent paying job at a store or something (which I seriously doubt given your age and education).
3. Don't say i'm an idiot, it's my choice to be honest.
You're an idiot, it's my opinion to be honest.
Though try not to fuck up as a parent, or I would have to beat you up.
Bro i'll be a fucking great dad.
Bro i'll be a fucking great dad.
I wouldn't jump to conclusions.
Bro i'll be a fucking great dad.
Teach him to stay in school.
Hey FP. This has been on my mind for a while. I'd like to move in with my girlfriend and I was wondering if I could pack up my stuff and leave home without their permission. 1. Can they stop me legally? 2. Can the police force me to come back? 3. Don't say i'm an idiot, it's my choice to be honest. 4. I really dislike my homelife so moving away would be decent. 5. We have a baby on the way. (We have the money to support the baby and ourselves.) So FP can you help me with this. edit; some friends have said I can just walk out. My girlfriend and her brother even said I can just walk out and my parents couldn't do anything. I've looked on the internet and theres mixed responses so i'm unsure.
Im not so sure it IS your choice anymore. You fucked up and got her pregnant and now she wants you to move in. I lol'd.

Still, he better be ready to spend some serious cash if the parents pull out of the deal. In this case, OP finish your education and get a real job so you can support your son.
Dude, it'd be a good idea, but you're moving in with your FUCKING GIRLFRIEND. But really, choose someone else to move in with, you'll start resenting your girlfriend. Do you have a job? Can you support yourself with said job? Do you go to school?
If you were in the US then you legally couldn't do that unless you got it cleared up at court or something. You need to be at least 18 anything less and you are considered a dependent.
I go to college and I'm looking for a part time job.
hahahahaha
having only read the OP, I thought 16 was a 'legal age' over in switzerland or whatever you said, which probably means the culture thinks of 16 how we do 18 as well. Maybe ops parents are drunks or something and this is entirely acceptable?
let me get this straight, you go to college, you have a baby, you want to move out of your parents house, you're 16, AND you don't have a job? this is literally the best idea i've heard, do it.
yes yes you're an idiot either wait two years or get emancipated you shouldn't be having sex at 16
This just made my day.
I can't stop laughing.
Why do you dislike your house? Deal with it.
Why not just punch your girlfriend in the stomach a lot or get a back alley abortion and end all of this?

Wow, you're a right cunt OP. You're just going to walk out on your parents without considering the negatives, of which there are dozens, after they've paid for you and provided a home all your life? And do you really think your "Girlfriend" actually wants to live with a 16 year old? If there actually is a baby on the way, i'm willing to bet she's only doing it because she feels it's the right thing to do for the baby. Plus, as it's been stated before, raising a family is VERY expensive. And no matter how much you have in your bank account, it'll dry up eventually and if you wanted to keep it going you'd have to keep filling it.
I'd rather abort the child than leave him in this sort of situation to be honest.
