Low fat foods. Basically any fruit and vegetable. Eating only fruits and vegetables as much as you want does amazing things for your health and psychology. I've tried high protein/low carb whole chickens, Vegetarianism, veganism. If you want health. Extreme health. You have to be vegan in my experience, no other simpler way.

I got rid of any soda or sugar containing drinks a while ago. Only drinking water/tea/coffee nowadays and it makes me feel great. Last time I had a can of coke it made actually feel pretty nasty and sickish afterwards. Other than that I mostly eat fruits throughout the day and drink water.

Why did you refer to the sugar when you referring to the artificial beverages, but then state you eat fruit and drink water. Fruit is water and sugar, plus nutrients, and you haven't died. In reference to what i assume is unhealthy you mentioned sugar, instead of other ingredients in reference to the beverage what makes soda like beverages clearly able to make you feel nasty after a period of abstinence. So sugar by itself isn't going to kill you or intrinsically unhealthy as your experiencing now. It just want give you a array of nutrients. So either wrong in assuming your not dying and that fruit and water is killing you. Or sugar is absolutely fine and that any man made food, or beverage product is unhealthy due to everything apart from the sugar. Food products containing more man influenced ingredients seem to be what causes unhealthy food. So safe to say vegetables, fruits and water would be the less economically taxing. Maybe unhealthy food is everything but tasty fruits and vegetables.

Oh no, ofcourse I do eat sugar. But I meant more the high sugar containing drinks such as mountain dew or like you say, artificial beverages, and fruit more as in small snacks when I am craving something sweet or just as part of my breakfast/lunch whatever. For breakfast I regularly eat muesli with yoghurt, or darker variants of bread. I pretty much always cook for myself as in dinner, and prefer stay away from pre-processed food such as warm up meals etc.

High amounts of sugar are actually an irritant to the body.
But that's why don't eat fuck tons of sugar. Natural sugars in fruit are perfectly fine.
