Yes, definitely. The only good thing about it were a few console exclusives, SSBB and shit.
But after that, it's pretty crap.
I only use it now days to play my SNES emulator on it, because my SNES is barely chugging along recently.

Well, I've accumulated quite a few Mario spinoff games over the years, and most of them were either bad, or there was just no reason to play it over the last game in the series. Technically most of these were gifts so I suppose it doesn't count as a purchase.
The two worst games I have on steam are Red Alert 3 and AvP3, but since RA3 was also a gift I guess it would have to be AvP3. Since then I've never trusted "THE PREVIOUS GAMES WERE AMAZING SO IT HAS TO BE GOOD" statements.
I'm even skeptical that the previous games were good at all...
