Nope.
Mostly.
I thought I didn't but then I found their old original Areosmith, ACDC and Boston CDs... and now out of the blue I am liking American Country music even though I HATED IT. I think its the nostalgic feelings I get when listening to the lyrics since I can relate it to my childhood...
My mom, my stepfather and my dad all like rock. [editline]asd[/editline] As well as my brother and I
Yes, both my mum and my dad listen to some of the same music as I do. I heard about Slipknot and Disturbed from my mum, and Sepultura and some other bands from dad, and they've found some new music through me as well. I told my dad about HORSE the band and he thought it was pretty good, then he showed me Atom And His Package, and I've been listening to a lot of synth/punk music ever since. We were up talking about music until about 4 AM one summer night. :allears:
Not at all.
some stuff. I like johnny cash, deep purple, jethro tull, blue oyster cult, and sabbath, like my stepdad. My mom and stepfather both listen to new alternative, modern stuff, but I don't like it, I like rammstein and slipknot (old slipknot), darkest hour, lamb of god, ministry, etc. My dad listens to shitkicker country, as does my stepmom, so fuck them, but my dad and I both like ogden edsl and dr demento. [editline]11:26AM[/editline] that's my dad's only redeeming quality lol
Yeah, sorta.
I have similar taste but I go off in my own tangent when it comes to music. It's only some of the bands my parents like that I like. Otherwise, they find my music taste horrible. But what can you do?

[QUOTE=Sonicfan574;24261679]Yes Our entire family likes country music, lol. Incoming disagrees/boxes[/QUOTE] Nice, Country music is good and quite traditional at many places. Where do you live?
m mom introduced me guns n roses
My dad does, my mom doesn't.
Yeah almost. They love Judas Priest, Megadeth, Alice Cooper, all that stuff. I also like Death Metal but they don't. But they love Heavy Metal and rock n' roll.

Yup, classic rock and my parents even listen drum and bass type stuff
Mom likes house to, i don't think she likes pendulum and such in particular tho, but she's fine with it. And i don't play weeabo shit to often on the speakers.
Heavy Metal/Rock Bands from the 1980s and 1990s. Yep just the same as my dad.
No. my mom loves all this pop hip hop shit. my dad is kinda indifferent. I listen to the music that they woulda listened to when they were my age, I listen to really any kind of rock, modern, 80's, whatever. But my mom and my brother like the same, like the have a nickelback and black eyed peas cd.
Nowhere near. My parents are just into Pop or 80s when they actually listen, but I just listen to metal.
my mother and father likes most all of 80's pop and rock so I listened to that too, so yes, I do.
My mum likes hardcore dance music, my brother pretentious electro-indie faggotry However my dad just likes everything, including my favourite bands (Pink Floyd, Queen, King Crimson etc.) Although I was looking through my mum's old LPs and she had NUMBER OF THE BEAST :ohdear:
I share some of each of my parent's tastes in music.
No they like 80,89's music bleh.
Holy fuck no!
Totally, My dad and I listen to Van Halen, Ratt, Rush, and Metallica.
Well I basically grew up listening to what my parents put on in the car during road trips. Stuff like The Beatles, Bee Gees, Cream and Yes. I can't say I listen to those bands on a regular basis but I appreciate them.
My dad listened to a lot of David Bowie, now I have 40 or so of his songs in my library.
somewhat, we kinda feed off each other's music tastes
