I can't fall asleep on my back. I can be super tired and still not fall asleep if I'm on my back.

On my right side with my left arm around a pillow.
I try to sleep on my back, but eventually I give up and sleep on my side instead.
Always sleeps on the side.
That's the only position that works for me.
arms crossed on my back
On my stoumach, head to either side, hands against my body.
I usually fall asleep on my left side, left arm under the pillow, knees bent. But I always wake up either curled into a ball or with my head at the opposite end of the bed from where I fell asleep.
On my chest with my arms under the pillow, spooning is the way to go though!
Hanging upside down from the ceiling.
