it's definitely something they'll grow out of, both MLP and furry lovers, of course furry is known to be a more widespread happening, but you can safely say that "bronies" and furrys just want a group to be accepted to. Especially furrys will realize that at some point they will be attracted to regular ol' girls, and eventually see that it's pretty ridiculous to be sexually attracted to non existing anthropomorphic wolves.
As for MLP, sure people can like whatever they want, and you have to argument of some guys shoving it up your throat and some not, but i really have a hard time to get myself to give respect to a bunch of men obsessing over a cartoon intended for young girls. I can still remember some girls having my little pony dolls and bringing them in to primary school or whatever, i can just not phantom how someone can see themselves as a respectable group when claiming to thoroughly enjoy a show like that.
i feel like a massive idiot for debating something like this because in my honest opinion a group like this shouldn't even be considered something to be discussed because it's something that doesn't make sense at all. Some people might like it, but it is so irrational that asking respect for it is absolutely ridiculous, if you like something as socially unacceptable as that you might as well keep it to yourself.
