So, Here is my 2 cents on the whole pony thing.
The show is not bad, I [U]personally[/U] find it enjoyable to watch.
However [U]I do not like the image of the general fandom[/U] because I still find it odd that they would even think about buying toys and stuff, Sure watching the show is cool [U]IMO[/U] but I find it a bit odd to anyone who feels the need to announce it at any given moment, and who buys the toys.

I can imagine most of this forum hates me for being a Pony fan even though I just like the show. I'm disgusted by most of the R34 (Though the humanized ponies only get a reaction of "meh") and a Homestuck fan (although I never talk about it except occasionally to friends who are bored and need something to read.)

I don't care how much I love anthropomorphic art, I can't stand the dammed furry community. There's only been two that I've meet in real life who weren't complete retards, out of about 5. Every time I was with one of my more sane friends in one of those groups, I felt so horribly awkward. The obsession that people seem to have for it drives me nuts.
Not to mention, it's incredibly hard to find good or even [I]decent[/I] art.

Well it happens to fandoms that are really open like the furry fandom, which is still a good thing.
Bronies, Furries, Vegans (not a fandom but still), Consolefags, PCfags, CoDfags, and the entire portal fanbase.
