As probably said before, the Pony Fandom, not because it is ponies itself. It's more that, almost every single one of them. Eventually show something that is similar to attention whoring, even if it's negative. Furries do it in a similar way, but not as annoying as "bronies". But most of all, they take an animated show, just too serious. Being obsessed, about a show. I don't care if it's anime or not. But being obsessed, in that sense they are. Is out of the line, in my opinion.
Don't want to start this into a meaningless debate. So don't start, for the best of us all.

I wouldn't exactly say I hate the fandom of Doctor Who. It's a great show (if a bit corny at times) and these days it's hard to find someone in England who doesn't tune in every Saturday.
In fact, I don't even have a problem with people who enjoy the show, so it's less about the fandom itself, and more about how a few fans - as with anything, I guess - take it a little too far. By this I mean a sort of a psuedo-English thing going on in [I]America.[/I] It just weirds me the fuck out to know that I get extra marks for being English, like it breeds a higher standard or something.
Also, Russia fans. By which I mean, the sort who put hammers and sickles on everything and adopt slavic-sounding names and collect old AK's. Again, just weirds me out a bit.

Believe me, it pretty much is. Bronies don't tend to be a subtle bunch.
Honestly my advice is to try watching whatever episode they tell you to watch, the condition being that they have to shut the fuck up about it for good if you don't like it. Either you see it once, hate it, and never have anything to do with it again, or you develop a liking for it.

What school would that be? Just wondering since it's the same situation here (I think I've heard three other people acknowledge the existence of any video games aside from the last 3 cods and battlefield) and are you really in Canada?

I recently transferred schools, I kept hearing a lot of talk about Minecraft and MW3, so I assumed there had to be some PC/Xbox gamers somewhere in the crowd.
In an effort to make friends, I shouted FUS RO DAH! at said crowd. Only 2/15 people actually got my reference, the others laughed because I'm like the only non-white person at school, so they thought I yelled something in Spanish.
The fact that only 2 people at school play Skyrim, yet 80% of the male population plays MW3 upsets me. CoD is way too overrated.
