Yes sure, no problem.
Thanks, they increase my agility and speed whilst swimming through the vast amounts of females trying to rape me.
So are those muscles present because you actually went through the process of working out and dieting correctly or are they waterbags?

If I were jealous I would be asking for his routine. Besides I was asking him a legitimate question, whether he actually did a healthy workout and diet combination or if he took the easy way (like a lot of people do just to get big but not have the muscle power) with the use of that shitty whey powder.

Your statement is extremely ignorant, and shows you have no grasp of knowledge about basic nutrition. Whey powder is a supplement used to add more protein to your diet. There is no magic ingredient that makes your muscles blow up like balloons, it is almost exactly the same nutritionally to eating a food which is high in protein e.g (eggs, meat, fish). However the main difference between whey powder and food is as follows.
The Biological value is a measure of the proportion of absorbed protein from a food which becomes incorporated into the proteins of the organism's body.
Now whey powder has a much higher Biological value, and a common whey powders value would be about 96. Meaning 96 percent of the proteins are used efficiently in a humans body. Here is a list of the values of other foods and drinks. Note that human milk is very high in the list.
# Whey Protein: 96
# Whole Soy Bean: 96
# Human milk: 95
# Chicken egg: 94
# Soybean milk: 91
# Cow milk: 90
# Cheese: 84
# Rice: 83
# Defatted soy flour: 81
# Fish: 76
Now you know some basic information about protein powders and absorption rates, you can see how beneficial whey protein powders can be, especially to active sportsmen or body-builders who need plenty of quickly digesting protein straight after activities.
I myself do not use whey protein powder currently, but have done before and is essential if you are in a rush and cannot prepare a proper meal.
What you are thinking of is Creatine, which causes muscles to retain water. This is also found naturally in foods such as steak. It has no were near the effect you assume it does, and someone taking Creatine would only slightly notice a difference. It causes bloating and does not make you look as lean as a result. As a result I do not take Creatine.
The same effect can be caused to an extent by eating too much salt, as this will also cause water retention.
The more you know.
Edit:
Just realised I should of Pmed him this information. I am not trying to de-rail the thread please don't respond to this and further de-rail the thread.

Yep, that's why I eat what I want and not exercise and still end up being skinnier than the average person.
Alright so it was Creatine, I remember one of the guys in my dorm hall talking about having muscles that were basically filled with water I just wasn't sure whether or not it was Creatine or Whey powder.

Like five years ago. Don't ask.

Too late, I am asking.
What Is this?
8th grade field trip to Washington DC. My hair was long then. I honestly don't even remember this picture being taken. I think I was yelling at some guy selling donuts at 6 for 14 dollars.
lmao sounds like ppl r jealous :P, if u can pm me your workout routine too, wanna compare it to mine.
20x cock strokes
15x tissue reaches
5x arse raises (for farting)
this is all accompanied by warming up and warming down in order to prevent muscle injury

A lot of girls do find my attractive. However I would say most of these girls are not the sort of girls you would want to hold an intelligent conversation with for more than a minute.
I also find that older women find me very attractive.
I have trouble meeting women that I like for their personality, and most end up being total bitches. I think that a lot of woman pre judge me because of my body and think they already know what kind of man I am.
It does annoy me that doing something I am passionate about (going to the gym) causes a barrier between me and some women automatically. But then I realise that I am doing this for myself, and think fuck them. If they pre judge me like you do, they are probably not the sort of person who I want to talk to anyway.

I lift and look decent and girls don't seem to care at all. Which can be a good thing or a bad thing.
