victoria sponge cake I guess

175g plain flour
175g caster sugar
175g butter, soft
3 eggs, whisked
few drops vanilla essence
teaspoon of baking powder

grease baking tins with butter and line with greaseproof paper

place soft butter in bowl, add sugar and whisk til pale and creamy
add a little of the egg to sugar and butter mix and add a tablespoon flour to stop mixture splitting
add the eggs a little at a time
add vanilla essence

add sifted flour andbaking powder and fold in (stir) with a metal spoon.
Divide mixture equally between tins
bake in pre heated oven 200 degrees for 18-20 mins
cake is ready when it has shrunk from edge of tins

okay opinions pls. been thinking about getting my hair cut quite short a lot recently... mostly to get rid of the red that i'm still growing out, and because i think it's something you should do at least once in your life. so, those of you who know what i look like pretty well... could i pull this off? i have quite a round (fat) face but it looks good on this girl and she doesn't have the smallest face.
