MGSV gives me bonr :^)
eh, its seemed like that ever since I turned 17.
its hard to find pure enjoyment out of things in the kinda way you'd be when you were say, 14.
I found myself not giving a shit about game releases which is pretty good tho
yeah but even adult things i do aren't fun anymore
I'm probably gonna buy it for my PS4 and Vita but its a shame im probably not gonna get the preorder
I hope they release that theme on its own to buy
It says unavailable on the store but I've asked them about it, hope I get a reply
Grave of the Fireflies may have just been the saddest thing I've ever experienced.
now watch synecdoche new york so that ball of sadness solidifies into a lifelong scar, learn such lessons as
1. no one will ever love you for everything you are
2. everyone's more disappointing the more you know them
3. there always a last time that you see everyone, there's always a never again
4. each of us are hurtling towards death, knowing we're going to die, secretly believing we won't
is it just me or does fun things become less fun as you get older
It's just kinda what happens to most people as they get more important things to worry about and become less innocent
I didn't have much fun with anything as a teenager but within the past two years ive been having a lot of enjoyment with games and movies and stuff like that. It's one of those things I'm happy to have back
I dunno, i didn't enjoy much of anything when I was 14 to 17. After that though i started enjoying things again and I've been really happy as a result
I don't really see why that's a particularly good thing. I mean it's not a bad thing either, but there's nothing really wrong with having an interest in games or game releases as long as you aren't a recluse about it.
mostly because I was heavily into games in my early teens and would procrastinate 24/7 on them, now I dont really have much time for games and all that sort of thing so therefore I save some money, and dont end up spending so much time on them.
Not to come across as a dick but thats just me.

Ahh, I understand then. That's probably better for you then. I was thinking you just meant in general its bad to care about games or something cuz i know some other people who think that's the case when you get older
Glad to hear you have better moderation with them

but i have less important things to worry about nowadays. oh well, college will hopefully be fun
College is a blast guys. Just don't be those people who just go to class and then immediately go back to your dorm to play video games and you will have a good time.
Uh what happened?
Sorry I'm late. I was walking home from work and some guy started walking at me. He reached into his jacket, pulled out a fucking knife, and started to walk even faster. I pulled my gun, a Webley Mk VI, and he ran off into a nearby alleyway.
I fucking clutched that thing till I got home. I was afraid to put it back into the holster.
Also don't just think the only parties on campus are frat parties. There are usually other groups who throw parties/get together and do shit. Like everyone from the total art kids who just take drugs and listen to Mexican psych rock from the 70s to the gaming kids who will do LAN parties and stuff like that.
So are there people who purely repost songs on soundcloud?
Sometimes I post things with weird tags and people manage to like or repost them.

Soundcloud's social features are kind of weird imo. Like do people really follow people who don't make any music but just repost other people's work?
I don't know what to expect from college, I'm not like, moving into a dorm or anything. I honestly don't even know if I want to go.

My big worry is I don't know how long it lasts. I'm doing some special school program thing because I've been homeschooled my whole life and I have no clue how long I'm actually going to be doing it. It may just be a one year thing, or two, or 3, I have no idea.
College is whatever you want to make of it, seriously. Like you can do anything from party 24/7 to being a total recluse and just go to class, don't talk to anyone, and then go immediately home. The best choice is obviously in between however. Like college is about experiencing new things, getting ready for the real world, and having fun.

As bad as it may make me sound, i'm just not interested in interacting with people.
Like you can totally get through college with barely putting in effort and taking easy courses (C's get degrees) or you can take the most impossible courses ever and graduate with like 5 degrees in 4 years if you take the max amount of units possible.

I didn't get a job but I take commissions from deviantart when I can.
I don't practice my art as much as I should, though, so I get money in these weird bursts.
Speaking of art, I've been making a lot more music while I wait for a music commisson; here's a cover I'm working on

The nice thing about college is that because of the amount of people there, there will always be someone who is just like you, usually a whole club of people with similar interests. Trust I have seen the most socially awkward, shy nerds come in their first semester and finish the semester helping run events and having a plethora of new friends.

I couldn't imagine what clubs there would be for me. going to a video game or anime club or whatever just sounds like pure awkwardness to me.
Like for example there is even an underground hentai club at my college and a student run course about the economic situation explained through MLP:FIM. No matter how different you think you are and how much of a social outcast you may be, there are always people who have the same bizarre interests.
i went to an anime club once in high school, my first day was my last lmao
All I've heard about anime clubs is that they're filled with gross-ass weeaboos and genuine creeps and I wouldn't be interested in even trying an anime club because of that

Who actually wants to discuss hentai with other people in person...?

Anime clubs generally are kinda sexist, I've heard horror stories from my friend who was high up in the anime club before she left, but the video game clubs at schools are usually super chill and inclusive.
