Actually though, Crypt of the Necrodancer. It'll work with keyboard+controller, the controls are pretty simple, and it's a lot of fun.

Vagante is a roguelike platformer kind of like Spelunky and it can be played by up to 4 people on the same machine. Never tried the multiplayer myself, but it should work for one using keyboard and the other using controller.
