Crazy Metro vibe there
Weaponry of Chechen rebels. Sorry for a wall of images but I think all of these just look simply extraordinary.
I love these. I want more info on the pistols.
Some of those guns look like accidental suicides waiting to happen, while some actually look pretty darn good. Pretty crazy to see the guns you can make by sticking scrap together.
Some of those look like really bad movie props :v:

the first ones have been posted here a thousand times, but i hadn't seen the ones on that chrome background, pretty cool
Some of these look like guns you would see in Metro Last Light/2033
GoPro from a plane crash. Pretty interesting.
Waterfalls are pretty neat. Woops. The website I got it from said Venezuela. I probably should have done a bit of research first
Don't know if these are reposts or not, but they're definitely interesting. Dat loop though.
holy fuckkkkkk that volcano one [editline]10th January 2014[/editline] gives a sense of scale achievable from nowhere else but orbit.
Here is some pretty awesome technology porn I found: Basically a company has made a program that can predict power-failure due to weather conditions, report on accidents when they happen and allows people to explore the whole Norwegian power-grid and visualize these faults. Personally I just think it's awesome because it's pretty darn close to the kind of shit you see in sci-fi movies.
I love these. I want more info on the pistols.
There really isn't any though? The first one is something some amateur armorer in the Kypher Pass probably made when he wasn't making knock off Tokarevs. The second is just a sawn off OU that most certainly has nothing to do with Chechnya, and the bottom is just a single shot or a muzzle loader pistol.

Slaads are real? :v:
Well, shit. An example of combat in armor.
1:34 for Dark Souls III footage.
I hope one day VR reaches the Sci-Fi point. Where it's exactly like real life except it's not real and you're plugged into a PC and hibernating or something. I'd be brawling with AI all day.

There was just something about magical about wrestling with my cousins & friends, I'd love to have a short wrestling match before my morning shower. Simulations would be cool for swordfights and stuff though.
But aren't all those glocks?
I absolutely adore color photos of the beginning of the 20th century.
A squad of Prussian Landsturm infantrymen shoulder to shoulder in a firing trench. The three men closest the camera are wearing the M1892 Überzug over their helmets whilst the others wear the Wachstuchmütze (visored oilcloth cap). Both kinds of headwear offered little in the way of ballistic protection. The men are armed with Gew 88/05 rifles.
But neither did the helmets that were fielded later in the war, they were made to protect you from shrapnel, not from bullets. [editline]12th January 2014[/editline] Oh wait wooooww, I'm very stupid, didn't realise ballistic protection included shrapnel
