galactica's bridge feels more scifi to me tbh. the enterprise has always felt like it was trying to be a luxury ship. which, it kind of is in a way, but it's also a navy ship, a war ship as well. that doesn't look like a war ship's bridge to me.

Although the Enterprise D was fitted for combat, it wasn't meant for combat alone. Besides, the aesthetic design to it is pretty reflective of the late 80s, and it looks pretty nice and smooth.
