How am I being a cunt, I argued my side of the my viewpoint. No need to get your panties in a knot over an internet rating jesus.
Sorry if you dont expect me to lie down and just say "oh ok you're right even though all evidence points to you being wrong".
Cthulhu has done an exceptional job at convincing you that he doesn't exist.
Because it's not really fair for anyone to just do it. The person who has to shoot the guy in the head with a shotgun has to live with the guilt of killing a man for the rest of his life, and god help him if it turns out the guy was innocent.
If I remember correctly they mix up blanks and live rounds in the firing squad, so nobody knows who actually shot the guy.
I seem to have this incredible talent of atleast temporarily killing every single thread that I post in.
If I remember correctly they mix up blanks and live rounds in the firing squad, so nobody knows who actually shot the guy.
But blanks have considerably less recoil, so it's not really hard to tell if you shot the target or not.

yea but that shits not gonna fly when you have just one guy with a shotgun.
Plus it's not like there wouldn't be any guilt involved just because you don't know for certain whether or not you killed a man.
can't we just build some "puts a bullet in head" device with a simple timer-activated trigger system? press a button or several and the clock starts ticking. shouldn't leave any more guilt than activating the drug pump or pulling the switch.

splattering someones brains all over the wall might be cheap but it isn't pretty. Capital punishment is barbaric enough as it is, things like gas chambers and lethal injections just try to civilize the process. They leave enough of the body still intact for an open casket funeral.
Capital punishment needs to be done away with anyways. It's so barbaric that even the fucking Russians have gotten rid of it.
yeah the messy part is a bit of a problem

How not to use HDR/fake HDR
what bugs me more is how the supposedly glowing HUD looks dark against a bright background, like the sky
how come no-one can do proper glow effects, one layer blending mode switch is literally all it takes
You don't really have room to pretend to be humane in those aspects when you're that much in debt.
Context is everything. people feel magnanimous and superior when a deliberately obfuscated and played up method is chosen, then it becomes a socially acceptable ritual. Just like witch trials.

The cockpit is also photoshopped, all elements of the cockpit are from different images it looks. If that wasn't enough the perspective is off, and depth of field blur would blur the cockpit.
Also the hud is waaaay too sharp.

What's the source on this? It looks too cinematic to be a real well fire.
Such a waste.
Ok that is fine, but regardless for something large to live down there it would need a large amount of energy in the form of some kind of food. Seeing as every time we have gone into extremely deep water we have found only small life forms and nothing large and free swimming it is very obviously implied that nothing large can survive down there.
Hell, in the first submersed dive to the bottom of the Mariana Trench they reported seeing a flat fish, which there after was dismissed by a large amount of scientists as being impossible and was identified as a sea cucumber.
So yea I got something wrong about the pressure but that was not the point I was making, I was saying nothing large can feasibly live down there and its true.
Unless of course youre willing to post proof?
Also you are somewhat wrong, upon further research pressure does affect sea life and hence why fish from shallower zones are not found in deeper waters and vice versa:
The energy thing on the seafloor can actually be very interesting. For most surface life, the sun is the source of all energy, and even some deep sea life feeds off of detritus that at somewhere down the food chain got its energy from the sun.
However in 2005, hydrothermal vents on the seafloor where explored while searching for sulfide deposits. It was found that these hydrothermal vents supported an ecosystem completely cut off from the surface. Chemosynthetic bacteria formed the base of the ecosystem, and crab, shrimp, and even giant tube worms fed off of these bacteria.

Amazing how life holds on even without any external energy input from the sun.
