Is that supposed to be the moon or sun? I can't tell for certain.

Looks more like the moon since it's got those spots that you would see on the moon.
Just went on a huge hike with my dad. Here are two photos we took that were pretty good.

Okay, so the photos don't give the view justice; I'm not that good of a photographer. But you had to be there.

I know we're not suppose to post our own shit, but I love Moonsets, so I went and took a picture of one.

If you take good care or them, they get old, and big. I've had mine for 8 years now, and they are about the size of my fist.
Have a Bull Terrier going apeshit.

We own one as well, crazy fuckers wreck yo shit.
They do this for about 5/10 minutes a day, the rest they spend sleeping or eating.

[QUOTE=Retardation;40680912]2006 Lebanon war, Beirut (no, it's not photoshopped)

I was there in 2006. It was horrific. The feeling of being in the middle of a warzone is something so surreal. You sit there in constant fear, wondering if the next bomb that drops will be the one that levels the building you're in. I spent most of the time in the mountainous regions of Lebanon to which the war didn't extend but I was in Beirut a few times and its quite freaky to know that the monotonous drones of the Israeli fighter jets could be the last sounds you ever hear. We managed to evacuate through to Syria (I'm a triple national, British-French-Lebanese and the British and French embassies refused to evacuate us for reasons I won't go into) in a taxi. The journey lasted about 8 hours and what made it worse was that Israel had bombed the route we had planned to take not 24 hours before our departure. I find it quite disheartening now that people in Syria have to go the exact same thing to get into Lebanon to escape what was once a peaceful country...

Damn, how could your own embassy abandon you like that? Were they scared of pissing off Israel or something?

Nope, they just have these spurts of energy.. they all do.
I take ours out for a 30 minute walk 3 times a day, 15 minutes of each walk I take her leash off so she can do whatever she pleases to do. =)
My family has had these dogs since the 1980's!
Stuborn as hell and strong as a .. bull, they take a lot of care and owners who know what they are doing.
They're a challenge to raise but definetly worth it, great with kids (although you want to watch out when the dog has its meth-minutes) + born entertainers.
