Finland would have let the Soviets annex Karelia ala the Sudetenland. Stalin, seeing the Finns buckling to Soviet pressure, would either:
A) Demand more
B) Outright invade/annex
I meant more of a scenario where the Soviet wouldn't want any of our land.
this page keeps crashing on chrome from time to time, and it's the only thread that does it. does anyone know what it might be?

In that case, Germany may have forced Finland into the war and then you would lose a few miles of land when you sign a treaty with the Soviet Union.

Soon we'll be fighting off separatists from Närpiö, Pietarsaari, Kaskinen and Kristiinankaupunki. They want their land back!

We would have a port on the arctic ocean in Petsamo and possibly oil and gas deposits
Seriously, fuck getting Karelia back, Petsamo is actually valuable.

More solar system mountain trivia: All mountains on Saturn's moon Titan are named after the works of J. R. R. Tolkien's. The mountain with the largest volume on Titan is call Doom Mons (Mount Doom from Middle Earth).

This r/c plane is entirely scratch built, minus electronics, from foam, wood, and aluminum.
No pre-made plans, just a lot of will power. this guy is incredibly skilled. He also made a VTOL quad-copter plane thing, which if you dont think is the coolest damn toy, there's something wrong with you.

I wish the guy published the plans for that VTOL, I would have loved to make one. I do have an Ardupilot though, so I might just have to take things into my own hands and make my own.
i wish i had the kind of patience he does. I see all the neat stuff he and flitetest build and im over here with my trojan and habu like "lol wut?"

Comparison between both design and size of the American Godzillas.
Foreground is the Emmerich 'Zilla' (ShodaiJira) and rear is the Edwards 'Godzilla' (LegendGoji)
If anyone is curious, the "x"Goji is the name of the suit/representation in the film, usually named after the movie or the person designing it.

After walking down that street in Savannah so many times, this gif still feels so strange to me. The mood of it is so much more noire-ish or whatever than it ever seemed in person.
Though I guess that's cause it's a big shopping street that's very busy until the wee hours of the night.
