I'm sceptical of the technology.
It doesn't seem possible today.
Say you have 8 people walking around in the jet, how are the windows going to solve perspective for all of them?
Will the tracking manage to keep an eye on 8 people, and will the screens somehow manage to display 8 different pictures to each of the 8 people?
it's not made to give a different image to each person, it's just to track them so their "avatar" follows them.
it's not made to give a different image to each person, it's just to track them so their "avatar" follows them.
Then how does it solve perspective for the outside view like it clearly is demonstrated that it does in the video?
[editline]12th August 2014[/editline]
That would only work for one person at a time, unless they have some other magical technology up their sleeves that allows the display of up to 8 or more separate images for the separate people onboard.

skip to 2:28 for similiar tech.
unless they develop some sort of 4th dimensional tv screen, the people in that plane are all going to be staring at the same picture of the outside at the same angle. Best case scenario is they wear 3d glasses and see a 3d world at the same angle.

I went to monsters of rock 2006 saw these:
Deep Purple
Alice Cooper
Thunder
Queensrÿche
Journey
Ted Nugent
Roadstar
It wasn't as big of an event, but it was still awesome to experience. I was about 13 at the time, and it was the first concert-like event I had ever been to so it was quite memorable for me.

Have a neat ant and some closeups.
Not mine, but so magnificent.

The lineup you have was for Donington. Monsters of Rock Moscow had:
Pantera
Metallica
The Black Crowes
AC/DC
E.S.T
Pantera's performance is one of my favourite of all of their live stuff.

I've never really been afraid of bugs, even spiders. I like looking at them up close, they're so different from you or I, they have a certain beauty to them almost.

Yeah, it's a strange fascination we both share.
I do have the needed respect for the poisonous or dangerous ones, but all those colours, body mechanics, the way some of them get their prey.
It's just fantastic.
Some day I wanna go on a trip into some tropical area, like postal did, taking pictures and stuff.
I am kinda afraid that it'll remain just a dream tho.

Is there a higher res version of this? I'm thinking desktop background.
Sadly this was the only one I was able to obtain.
Was looking for a higher resolution for the exact same reason, but nothing.
Sorry
It's sad how tumblr and reddit sharing those things completely buries the websites of the original author.
It's really hard to find original sources because of this, and it's hard to credit the original creator.
At least all that stuff isn't copyrighted. Replace "It's hard to credit the original creator," with, "It's hard for the original creator to make money," and then boom.
Can I get some neato space pictures? I'm customizing my debit card and I'm leaning towards something spacey.
that ant picture is photoshopped btw:
http://www.worth1000.com/entries/148877/snow-ant
and there is no larger size.
Kind of obvious, ants aren't microscopic so a snowflake formation would never look that large.
Kind of obvious, ants aren't microscopic so a snowflake formation would never look that large.

Guinness World Records list the world's largest (aggregate) snowflakes as those of January 1887 at Fort Keogh, Montana; allegedly one measured 15 inches (38 cm) wide. Although this report by a farmer is doubtful, aggregates of three or four inches width have been observed. Single crystals the size of a dime have been observed.[1]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snowflake
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snowflake
Oh come now none of them are structured large and free floating in an ant's mouth. The only "large" snowflake on there is the first image and it is in pieces on the ground where other ice crystals can easily land and accumulate. Not even barring the obvious deformity of that snowflake which is an obvious sign that complex structures such as the one that ant is holding can not be supported on a large scale unless possibly interfered by man.
Sqaure up boi. >:c

That argument isn't really the best.
Some ants are very very small, some snowflakes are large.
But yeah more likely than not, this is a composite.
but what if the ant is actually a snowflake in the shape of an ant
