What about disaster recovery and stuff like that? A mech would do a better job of moving rubble and vehicles than a crane, and could be connected to an external power source.
Something like this but with legs

Never mind EVERYTHING wrong with them.
It's pretty much entirely for show and it uses wheels, but it's pretty cool.

We can pretty much make crude mechs at this point, it's just that there's no practical use for them so nobody wants to.
mechs would be great but i'd be satisfied with a cool exoskeleton

more like nightmarish ghosts of regret representing all the people he betrayed; you can see Mace Windu on the right
that painting is somewhat similar to this

Zombie Sith already happened. I'm pretty sure those are supposed to be zombie Jedi, the closest one looks like Mace Windu and I think I see Yoda in the back.

It's actually supposed to be. All the skeletons in the background represent the comrades he betrayed and murdered, they're not actually menacing zombies waiting to rip him apart while he has a mental breakdown.

Here's a very interesting and reflective video about a guy who went on a road trip with his pal in an old beat up car. I imagine that this video is particularly interesting if you aren't American. A long watch, but worth it.

Is that a gungan jedi back there?

yep. didn't post it at first because there was no source on the tumblr post
i'll also post this in the video thread, too.
A nice guy, but he got the uniform bit wrong.
Honestly, I felt like that some of the others were far more willing to defend the muslim than the soldier, so it just seems to me like they are playing at the "american vets & solider heroes" trope.
Not to say that it wasn't a good thing.
If I were you, I'd try Chrome.
I too prefer Firefox [sp]because it's just better[/sp] but Chrome is lighter and faster, which I've found makes a huge difference on shitty systems.
I could even browse LMAOpics on a 900MHz/1GB RAM netbook with it.
I don't prefer firefox, it's my only option.
Chrome is just too big for this computer, pages crash after they're done loading.
Firefox also has this thing called "Smooth Scrolling" which is really nice because EVERYTHING on this computer when I scroll is really weird and frustrating.
It's hard to explain, but it's like blinders when I scroll.
Or a slideshow perhaps is a better explanation, it's like another frame slowly being pasted over the previous.
