It's raining.
If I put a cap on my spending and leave $100 in my bank account for the next 15 days, I'll have enough money to buy a new GPU! Another two paychecks and I've have enough for the processor...so in a few months I'll finally have my pc upgraded!
However, my PC is so outdated that I'll have to wait until then to play Fallout 4 :frown:
I'm going out to town with one of my friends tommorow in a town where people start wearing halloween costumes mid september through november.

Ordered new computer parts for the first time in five years. New monitors too.
Oh man I had so much fun hanging out with a friend. This was the first time I've met up with a real life internet friend before. It wasn't that awkward. I mean at first we were like "woa this is weird" but then it was cool and we gradually got used to it. It feels so good to be social. I had so much fun my legs are hurting from walking around town.
I got me some new tunes and the 45 minute drive to classes has never been better. Even better is that my car has a fucking wicked sound system that hit all the bass, midrange, and treble [I]juuuuuuuust[/I] right, in the way that causes massive eargasms.
Hell fucking yus.

These guys kept revving their motorbikes next to me so I floored it with the clutch down and shocked them a bit I think. Met up with them afterwards and had a laugh about it.
Best feeling in the world to be there for someone who's going through some serious hits on the mentality.
There is this group of guys who review wrestling PPV's and recently had a fan thing where the fans could submit their own versions of the intro. One of the guys made a big video with every submission to show appreciation for the fans. Hearing my shitty little attempt among everyone else's including people who were much better than me made me feel happy.

I had such a good halloween, I'm almost struggling to come down from how great it was.
I went to one of my closest friend's house party, and although the week before was kinda too hectic for me to think of a good costume idea, my friend suggested that I dress as Louis Theroux, because I look a bit like him. So I shaved and managed to get a clip-on mic, then literally went out on the day to buy fancy new clothes. I spent a little too much on the clothes, but it's all stuff I can wear again, and it was [B]totally[/B] worth the confidence boost they gave me. I looked and felt just, so fly.
I talked to everybody at the party at some point, and can honestly say that there was nobody I disliked; everybody there was interesting and cool in some way. There was a girl there who I got on pretty well with, but as usual with girls that I hit it off with after meeting for the first time, she had a boyfriend. They always seem to arrive later for some reason, I swear it's like they're messing with me, why wouldn't you come to a party at the same time as your girlfriend?!
Anyway, I didn't even really mind that, because he was a good sort and I wasn't really going there for that kind of attention anyway. Although speaking of, there was a bit of an awkward misunderstanding with a guy there. I seem to have accidentally lead him on a little. I was just being friendly, but he made some moves on me and I had to politely explain that I wasn't interested in him that way. I feel really bad about that actually, because I was quite drunk at that point, and can barely remember what transpired, but we both rejoined the rest of the party amicably I think, so hopefully he's cool with that.
I'm not into men and he was wearing some impressive skull make-up, so I couldn't really see him as anything other than a guy wearing unnerving skull make-up, so that situation took me completely by surprise. Honestly though, I'm just flattered. Pretty sure that girl was at least a little interested in me as well anyway (from what I can tell they hadn't been together long, so maybe she was just window shopping).
All in all, my self-esteem has never been as high as it is now! I'm sorry if this just seems vain but I'm just, so happy still. Usually if I'm too excited for a party, it just doesn't live up, but I've been so busy recently that I was [I]determined[/I] to have a good time, get to know people and be charming/funny, and that's what happened. Faking it till you make it really does work.
Stole some booze from dad's fridge yesterday.
Saved them for tonight.
I'm a little bit buzzed rn.
