The one thing that made me really happy today is that I stopped by the local Humane Society, where folks take their cats and dogs that they no longer want to be put up for adoption. Well, I was turned away by the receptionist this afternoon because they had absolutely no more dogs to adopt. They had all been adopted that day. Something about that just made me super happy, to know all those dogs had found homes.
