I did something at work that was above what my normal duties entail and caused me to stay significantly late without pay, and I didn't tell my managers because I didn't want to bother with re-submitting my timecard. Well one of my co-workers put in an anonymous internal survey about me praising me for doing what I did, and my manager sent it to me and thanked me for being excellent. What's more is I just applied for a higher position that's full time with benefits at my current pay rate, (right now I only get 28 hours/week) and the position is directly tied to the thing I did, so hopefully this will be reflected in their consideration of me getting that job, because I really freaking need it.
Super excited to get BloodBorne, hopefully later today.

Bloodborne came out out on my birthday.
Also apparently Sony fucked up Bloodborne's pricing at release day. It was 70$ for pre-order but it dropped to 50$ at release. Managed to grab it when it was cheap. The price if fixed already.

You excited me, I just woke up and saw this thinking GTA V came out earlier than announced.
My broadband is changing to fibre on the 27th. I'll be able to download things in less than 2 hours on steam!
It even took me an hour and a half to download Cities Skylines on steam which is only 1.6gb.
