And you did everything I said? It could be your CPU, I've only heard nasty things about the Bulldozer-type FX processors... though I'm not educated thoroughly on the subject so don't take my word for it.
Just make sure you have every graphical option at minimum (and V-Sync disabled if you don't have screen tearing) except for the overall drawing distance and object distance.

The weird thing is that nothing on my CPU goes above 40%, or GPU for that matter.
my gf gets her wisdom teeth taken out in less than an hour from now. If she doesn't say anything funny in her delirious state of mind I will be disappointed :v:
I give Gamestop a lot of shit, but I was watching the new GTA heists trailer and then clicked a thread about amiibos and that got my train of thought to the day I preordered GTAV and my little brother picked up his copy of Disney Infinite, and I remembered how, because it was launch morning on a weekend of a kid's game, they had out cups of animal crackers and boxes of apple juice.
It warmed my heart a little bit as I put down the money to preorder a game where I can run over everything in sight.

Update:
So this week I had to present data at a big biology convention (ASB) and after meetings everyday everyone would go out and celebrate. Last night was the big bar crawl and afterword we brought a ton of people back to our suite to hang out. So I was full of booze and surrounded by young biologists, yet the only thing I wanted to do was talk to the woman from the previous post. Unfortunately she wasn't there so I kept sneaking off to text her. After a while of talking and some more liquid courage I decided just to risk it and tell her how I feel. To my surprise she said she felt the same way and had been hoping I would make a move for awhile. So naturally I am on cloud nine right now. I mean this girl is perfect for me; smart, funny, attractive, nerds out about the same shit I do, and even loves doing field work and getting her hands dirty.
Tldr: I asked that woman out, she said she feels the same way.
Playing a really good game where everything is going your way as opposed to the usual you getting bent over and fucked
also, when you get really excited and your teeth start chattering because of how much hype is in said game
