Posted in the Shit That Gets You Mad thread that I got kicked out of my house. A good friend is letting me stay at his for a while, so hopefully I can get myself settled and ready before the next semester begins.
So my friend's teacher called my friend out for not doing well in the middle of class with 0 constructive criticism, which was really fucking rude to her and excessively embarrassing for her. She ended up walking right the fuck out of that class and coming to the one I was in (it was the teacher's free hour and like 4 or 5 of us who don't have anything else to do hang out in there) crying her eyes out.
First joke I said in an attempt to cheer her up gave her a small giggle fit, and that sound in the context was the most beautiful sound in the world. Within 5 minutes she was back to her normal, jubilant self.
Making people happy makes me happy. :)

rekindling with old friends...
I went to my first live concert yesterday evening and it was really fucking amazing. It was the first time the band toured outside of Japan, so there were like 300-400 people in total in a really awesome location. Even if you were late, you got a great spot right at the stage. You could really sense that the band was having a great time, too, it was awesome.
I'm normally a really quiet and introvert person, but holy crap, as soon as they started playing I went totally apeshit (compared to my usual self). It was magical and wonderful. I got along great with strangers who were standing next to me as if they were longtime friends and I'll stay in contact with them from now on. Damn, what a great concert. I was really sad when it ended.
Now my voice is really hoarse today and my body hurts in multiple places, but I've still got that fluffy, happy feeling from yesterday and a bunch of memories I'll never forget. Shit got me pretty fucking happy.
