After half a year of not seeing her, and failed attempts to meet up (Everything's fine until you consider rides, and you don't have a license), I was finally able to get my best friend to go to see the Avengers with me, and all of my other friends.
She really enjoyed it, and it really improved a shitty day she was having. Also, because my birthday is coming up, she gave me two minecraft plushies (An enderman and a creeper) when we dropped her off at her house.
Didn't expect that. Didn't expect she'd even remember my birthday.
Today made me feel happy for the first time after a shitty, lonely week.
Playing borderlands is always the best with friends, seriously. Makes an already great game all the better.
I'm blazing through Dark Souls bosses/minibosses since I, being the lucky fucker I am, got a Black Knight Sword really early on somehow.

My school offered a holiday job, and I went there last week for an interview.
Today I'm wrapping up this week, and so far I really enjoy it there.
It's a bicycle shop, which is quite hard working but the co-workers and the owner himself are great to work with.
After there's no customer for over an hour everyone starts to fuck around a bit.
For example yesterday it was 6 PM and it was very calm.
I finished assembling a bicycle, and after setting it up in the store and I walked back to my workbench, I was greeted with the owner's girlfriend shouting at the top of her lungs 'Hey Merijn, welcome to the World Championship of smashing easter eggs!', while having a whisk and an easter egg. Damn thing nearly hit my face.
Probably sounds something really simple, but I'm actually earning something, and I have a great place to work on. I'm more or less expecting more events the coming weeks. :v:
When you're playing a game and you think that the path you go down is the correct way and instead it happens to lead to a secret room or an easter egg.
My first wisdom tooth is coming out and my siter (who's a dentist)told me it's coming out straight and shouldn't give me any trouble :dance:
I am a proud recipient of the Hoshaw Academic Excellence in History Award at Rock Valley College.
Of the 70-80 honorees at the event tonight, it was me and 3 other people who were given this award.
And I haven't graduated High-School yet.
Being inspired by music to create a drawing that is then complimented by the creator of said music.
Mick Gordon, dude behind the music of Killer Instinct, liked my work and it boosted my motivation to improve and continue.

Mowed a massive hilltop lawn yesterday. Rough terrain and two blown out tires on the mower included. Got it done though, and that feels great!
