Just got the mobo and CPU exchanged, thank god. He didn't notice my kinda crappy pin fix or assumed I didn't know nuffin cause I'm a grill. Either way I'm happy and hopefully this won't happen again.
I managed to get this computer running. My very first constructed computer. It's not anything amazing but I can play games, and some games won't even be a low quality.

Helped a friend buying a new computer, he gave me his old nVidia Geforce 9500 GT videocard.
Finaly after [b]years[/b] of living on the miserable integrated intel gpu that only supports dx9 and opengl 2.1, I can now play dx10 / opengl 3.3 games and oh boy it's so beautiful. No more fps drops even in half-life 1 and gzdoom !!! (yes fps was bad in half-life)
Time to learn modern opengl 3.2 programming!

My friend works at the place I got interview to start working at, albeit through another company.
He's talked to his boss and I just now got a mail adress to her and he told me "Send your CV to her, you'll get a better pay and a higher chance to get the job"

If I get this job, I'll have to buy him dinner. We're all gonna meet (we all graduated together) on the 25th to eat and drink, I'm fucking paying for him if I get it.
Apparently a lot of people at my old college didn't know I was dating my girlfriend till we put it up on facebook this summer. She started back today (She doesn't graduate till spring) and now they are all going up her and telling her how happy they are we are together and how great a couple we make. Even some of the professors talked to her about it, it seems people had been waiting to hear this even though we had been together for some time.
It is nice knowing that other people have been thinking we would go well together.

What's so great about Symphonia that it gets released so many times. I dunno, I rather enjoyed Vesperia a lot more from the few hours I got to play both.
Then again, seeing a Tales Of on PC is really cool.
